Brecon Choir Festival
Connection, creativity and unforgettable singing in the Welsh mountains.
Our 2026 festival is now over.
The theme was George Herbert: In Every Corner Sing.
We continued our exploration of figures from the Welsh literary imagination with the Powys-born George Herbert, widely regarded as the greatest devotional poet in the English language.
Special guests included The Gesualdo Six, The Lyons Mouth, Continuum, Cappella Lacensis (Germany), the Monks of Maria Laach Abbey, Côr Llundain, Dr Rowan Williams as well as hometown favourites Brecon Cathedral Choir, Brecon Singers and Aberhonddu & District Male Choir.
We will look forward to seeing you in 2027: 15th - 18th July.
