• Centered on Robert White's (c.1538-1574) beloved Lamentations a5, the programme includes a selection of William Byrd’s (c.1540-1623) Cantiones Sacrae and Richard Davy’s (c.1465-1538) stunning yet little-known setting of the Stabat mater dolorosa.
