Joshua is originally from the Brecon area and attended Christ College Brecon where he sang in the chapel choir as well as with Brecon Cathedral Choir.

Following a choral scholarship at Robinson College Cambridge, he went on to sing Tenor with festival favourites Eschoir including two tours to the USA with headline appearances at the North American Festival of Wales. He has also performed at the Eisteddfod with former festival attendees Cor y Boro.

Joshua is currently singing with the Münchener Bach Chor with whom he has recently performed Christmas Oratorio, Carmina Burana and B Minor Mass with the Bavarian State Orchestra for their 500th anniversary concert.
