Exhibition of works by artist M E Eldridge, the artist wife of R S Thomas.

Look, Look, Look…and Create
An exhibition of artwork by pupils from Ysgol Penmaes and Ysgol y Bannau who have taken creative journeys which are shared through this display inspired by the artwork of R.S. Thomas’ wife Mildred Elsie Eldridge and her passion for landscape, botanical flora and creativity.

Only Boys Aloud Academi Concert
The final concert of the 2025 Brecon Choir Festival at Brecon Cathedral as the elite singers from Only Boys Aloud presented their show after a week-long course held in Brecon.

A celebration of the 500th anniversary of Palestrina’s birth presented by renaissance specialists Lady Clare’s Consort.

The Festival Choir Trail
Hundreds of people walked and joined in with choirs at stops around the beautiful town of Brecon with a special finale by Lady Clare’s Consort at The Plough Chapel.

Festival attendees visited the chapel where R.S. Thomas had a vision of heaven and were treated to a special solo performance of William Mathias’ Seven Songs of R.S. Thomas.

Communication, Text & Line: Singing Masterclass with Lis Priday
Former Monteverdi Choir soprano Elisabeth Priday worked with four singers who are developing their singing career. They focussed on communication, text & line. Audience members enjoyed this world-class workshop.
